Sheronda L. Carr is the vice president of membership for SME. She joined SME from the National Association of Home Builders, where she spent 16 years, most recently as executive director of customized member services. At NAHB, she managed strategic products and services for the construction industry and oversaw all membership councils. Previously, Carr directed marketing and business development for Legion Design Campbell & Associates, enhancing marketing initiatives and relationships with government agencies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Bowie State University and an MBA from Strayer University. Carr has been an SME member since 2021.

Allison Grealis

With over 22 years in trade associations, Allison Grealis is Founder and President of the Women in Manufacturing® Association (WiM), supporting women in the manufacturing sector. She also leads the WiM Education Foundation, offering educational opportunities. Allison hosts "Hear Her Story," WiM’s podcast celebrating women in manufacturing, with 29 episodes and 10,241 downloads since April 2021. She frequently speaks at industry events and serves on various advisory boards. Recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 2018 Woman of Note, she also received the 2021 Leadership in Manufacturing Award. Allison holds a BA in English and a Master’s in Public Administration.

Her career journey, from applications engineer to technical sales engineer, culminates in her role at PennEngineering, where she focuses on new business development. Susan's approach emphasizes learning, recognizing the value of individuals, products, or technologies, and collaborating to apply them practically. Holding a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Material Science & Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, she has been an SME member since 2022. Susan's expertise underscores her commitment to advancing manufacturing through strategic connections and practical solutions.

Jennifer Coyne

Jennifer Coyne is the Director of Programs at The Barnes Global Advisors, overseeing program management. Previously, she led the Additive Manufacturing Team at Wabtec (formerly GE Transportation), launching over 50,000 AM production parts and managing four global labs. Jen holds eight patents and volunteers for the SME AM Technical Community Leadership Committee. She has received multiple awards, including SME’s Women Leading the Way in AM, Railway Age’s Top Women in Rail, GE Transportation’s Women in Technology, and a GE Innovation Award. Jen earned a B.S.M.E. from Grove City College and an M.S.M.E. from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dr. Sirisha Kuchimanchi, a former Semiconductor Tech Executive at Texas Instruments, co-chaired the Technology & Manufacturing Women’s ERG, supporting over 500 employees globally. She is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, podcast host, and investor. Sirisha holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, is an IEEE Senior Member, and serves on the SRC workforce advisory board. She hosts the podcast “Women, Career & Life,” ranked in the top 30% on Spotify with listeners in 50 countries. Sirisha is passionate about empowering women in careers and finances and addressing the workforce development gap in the semiconductor industry.

Lisa Masciantonio is the Chief Workforce Officer for the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute. Joining ARM in May 2017 as Director of Membership and Outreach, she became Chief Workforce Officer in 2019, overseeing Education & Workforce Development. With over 25 years of experience, Lisa excels in business strategy, technology transfer, and developing innovative programs. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and two Master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University. Recognized as one of SME's 2021 Exceptional Women in Robotics and Automation, she was also named a 2022 Women of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Georgette Nelson joined NCDMM in 2020 as a Senior Program Manager, bringing over 26 years of technical management experience. She excels in program management, customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams in advanced manufacturing, environmental, and government sectors. At NCDMM, she develops and executes programs to advance additive manufacturing in the U.S. Previously, Georgette was the Global Business Operations and Customer Service Leader for GE’s Additive business. She also held multiple roles at Concurrent Technologies Corporation. Georgette holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
