In this keynote presentation, Todd Royar, Textron VP and Program Integration Lead describes challenges the DoD and large OEMs have in integrating small and medium sized companies into their operations. While advanced manufacturing techniques are generally sought after, the complexities of transforming to Model Based Systems Engineering and advanced manufacturing across multiple vendors and the entire supply chain are numerous and can be difficult to navigate for all parties.
